We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, our Returns Policy is here to help.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of hygiene products and health & safety regulations, we are only able to accept returns on unopened, unused, and resalable items. Industrial supplies may also be subject to manufacturer return conditions. Please read the following carefully:

  • Return period: You must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
  • Condition of goods: Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, with all seals intact and in a fully resalable condition.
  • Non-returnable items: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened consumables, PPE (personal protective equipment), or any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Custom orders: Special or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at enquiries@globalhygiene.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await Authorisation: We will respond within 2 working days with return instructions and a returns authorisation reference.
  3. Return the Item: Send the item back to us in its original condition. Returns are at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or sent in error.
  4. Inspection & Refund: Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement, credit note or full refund, including any delivery charges incurred.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order if required.
